My career hasn’t followed a straight line—and that’s exactly what makes me a stronger learning and workforce development leader. I’ve built my work around one core belief: everyone can learn anything when they’re given the right exposure, structure, and support. That belief has guided me from workforce training, to career development, to program management, and now to learning design and organizational strategy.
Across my roles, I’ve designed learning experiences, built workforce programs, and led large-scale initiatives that help people grow—and help organizations grow with them. I leverage technology as the key foundation of my strategy. Whether I’m designing curriculum, building learning experiences, or supporting workforce programs, I think about how tools can make learning more accessible, more intuitive, and more meaningful. I’m not afraid of technology; I lean into it. Learning new systems is exciting to me, and I enjoy helping others feel confident using them as well.
My approach in supporting people is rooted in adult learning theory and learner-centered design thinking. I pay close attention to how people learn and process information, what motivates them, and how to design experiences, trainings or coaching sessions that feel purposeful—so people understand not just what they’re learning, but why it matters and how it connects to real skills they can use and their goals for the future. Accessibility, relevance, and clarity are always top of mind.
I’ve led multi-year workforce initiatives, built high-performing teams, modernized learning and technology systems, and partnered with leaders across operations, HR, product, and executive functions. My work has spanned career coaching, curriculum design, employer partnerships, analytics, and organizational change. Through it all, I’ve seen how investing in learning doesn’t just change individual outcomes—it improves processes, strengthens cultures, and produces higher-quality results across the entire organization.
Today, I bring together my experience in learning design, workforce strategy, and program leadership deepen my footprint and create training, experiences, and systems that unlock people’s potential and move organizations forward. My path may be unconventional, but the throughline has always been the same: when people grow, organizations grow—and learning is the bridge that makes it possible.
